American Industrial Partners is paying $25.00 a share, a 72% premium, with the deal expected to close by July 27\. Avanos already cleared antitrust review on July 2, its last hurdle before delisting from the NYSE. Why it matters A medtech maker used in hospitals nationwide is leaving public markets at a large premium, a sign of what private equity will pay for undervalued healthcare companies right now.
