The paused provisions include bigger out-of-pocket maximums for bronze and catastrophic plans and a new path for non-network plans to count as marketplace coverage. They were due to start July 20\. The court found them likely unlawful. Why it matters This pause means the marketplace plans you might buy for 2027 will look more like today's plans for now, since expanded out-of-pocket maximums and looser network rules are on hold while the case proceeds.
