The deal reportedly totals about $1 billion. It is Radiology Partners' second attempt at global scale since its earlier reported bid for Australia's I-MED fell through last year. Record Medicare's proposed 2027 doctor pay rule has a live deadline. Radiologists have six days left to tell CMS how deep to cut facility based imaging payments before the rule is finalized.
