Radiology Partners, the country's largest private equity backed radiology group, just agreed to buy Everlight Radiology and build a true global teleradiology network spanning five countries.
The deal reportedly totals about $1 billion. It is Radiology Partners' second attempt at global scale since its earlier reported bid for Australia's I-MED fell through last year.

Comments close September 14. CMS is asking directly whether its 50% cut to facility based indirect practice expense payments should be smaller, or zero, for 2027.
