Four suppliers had already been revoked from traditional Medicare and shifted to Medicare Advantage instead. A Florida company billed $18.4M for catheters; a Texas company billed $5.5M for orthotics. Record A federal watchdog says California failed to return more than $99 million in Medicaid overpayments that its own state fraud investigators had already identified and closed.
