Oura's IPO values it at $14.1 billion. Early investor Forerunner Ventures alone is cashing out $1.2 billion of the $2.2 billion raised, leaving Oura about $6.2 million after taxes on equity awards. Record A patient-access technology company used by health systems just bought an AI startup whose virtual agents call and text patients to schedule care and manage follow-ups. DexCare acquired Mila Health, extending its reach across 57 million patients from scheduling into full care coordination. It is DexCare's second acquisition, after buying Womp in 2022\.
